Situated in northwestern Cambodia, Banteay Meanchey--“Fortress of Victory” in Khmer--is a charming province that offers a wide selection of natural and historical attractions, including ancient temple complexes, wildlife reserves, and a crane sanctuary. Though primarily known to visitors for its Thai-Cambodian border crossing in Poipet, Banteay Meanchey is much more than just a passing-through spot. Banteay Meanchey's capital is Serei Sophon (also known as Sisophon).

Sihanoukville (ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ) is Cambodia’s most popular beach resort, catering to domestic tourists, backpackers, and retirees alike. The town was founded by former monarch Norodom Sihanouk (ព្រះបាទនរោត្តម សីហនុ) as a coastal getaway and deep water port in the 1950’s. Most of the Kingdom’s imports and exports pass through the port which provides valuable employment to local people.

Phnom Penh (ទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ), the heart of Cambodia, settle in 1372 and became capital in 1865, is a city of opposites, a modern South-east Asian capital which retains the laid-back charm of its colonial past. Phnom Penh ("Penh’s mountain") is named after its legendary founder, a rich 13th century landowner named Penh. The leafy Wat Phnom commemorates her discovery of several Buddha idols in the nearby Tonle Sap river.

Siem Reap (ក្រុងសៀមរាប), home to the world famous Angkor temples (ប្រាសាទអង្គរ), was little more than a provincial backwater until a few years ago, and despite massive investment, the old town retains much of its charm.

Among 22 provinces in Cambodia, Takeo is the oldest province rich in historics relating to the periods of Anachak Phnom and Chenla. Takeo province has 34 ancient temples left from our ancestors that are the heritages and the soul of Cambodian people. Takeo province has six ancient temples in good form and they are relating to the history such as: - Phnom Da Temple: Was built in the 6th century and is located at Angkor Borey District. - Ba Yang Temple: was built in the 7th century and is located on the top of Ba Yang mountain in Kiri Vong District. - Neang Khmao Temple: was built in the 10th century and is located at Sam Rong District. - Phnom Chiso Temple: was built in the 11th century and is located on the top of Chi So mountain in Sam Rong District. - Phnom Ta Mao temple: was built by the king Sorayck Varman I in 11th century and is located at Ba Ti District. - Ba Ti temple: was built at the end of 12th century and at the beginning of 13th century and is located at Ba Ti district. These, tourists and researchers usually visit Takeo province, making the province take pride in attracting foreign tourists.

A sleepy Cambodian province that just happens to have one of the country’s busiest NH1 which links Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh City running straight through it. Svay Rieng town site just 58km from Moc Bai border crossing and is fairly prosperous place as a result of the border traffic. With its 2,966sq.km, of land area and dthe western side, is entirely border with Vietnam, Svay Rieng Province has a population of 531,072 comprising 251,072 males and 279,402 females. The province consists of 7 districts, 80 communes and 690 villages. The distriuct Svay Rieng named after the province constituted the urban portion.

Located in the plateau and mountain region, Stung Treng province has Laos on its northern border. It’s a friendly, quite country town situated near the confluence of the San River and Mekong River which provides beautiful picture-postcard river towns. With its 11,092sq.km and a population of 95,184, comprising 47,219 males and 47,966 females. The province consists of 5 districts, 34 communes and 128 villages. The district Stung Treng constitutes the urban portion.

Pusat is located on the western side of Cambodia. It is a nice rural town, with the Pusat River adding beauty as it winds its way through town. Phnom Kravanh to the southwest and the Great Lake Tonle Sap to the northeast add to the beauty of the province. With its 12,692km² and a population 418,303 comprising 201,870 males and 216,433 females. The province consist 6 districts, 49 communes and 501 villages. The district of Sampov Meas constitutes the urban portion of the province.
